Who I Am
At 47, I transformed my body, rebuilt my relationship, and rewired the patterns that were keeping me stuck — through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and the willingness to stop surviving and start thriving.
I'm not lucky. I healed myself. And I guide men who feel the same pull to step into the man they were created to be.

“I'm not lucky. I healed myself. I stopped using all my energy to survive — and redirected it toward loving, creating, and thriving.”
The men who feel the pull when they see my content aren't seeing luck. They're seeing something in me that they already carry inside themselves — something they haven't yet given themselves permission to become. That's what this work is.
Start with my voice
I'll send you a free voice note — the same format as Pulse. No pitch. Just me talking to you for three minutes.

How It Works
01
You've already felt it. Something in what you see here you can't explain but can't ignore. That's real. That's the beginning.
02
Pulse if you want to hear me weekly. The Mirror if you need to be seen now.
03
Real transformation — in your body, your patterns, your relationships. Not surface level. Not a quick fix. The actual thing.
04
The man you already are underneath the patterns. I Am Him isn't a promise. It's a recognition.
